Because of the nature that surrounds the areas, you can find bunnies, squirrels, skunks, ducks, fish, ducks and other small animals just walking around; a true forest. The apartments themselves have been renovated and look very nice. And lately, management has been taking care of some small maintenance issues, making it even more of a joy to come home.
I ended up having to go to other sources for information on service animals. It would be helpful to give the materials a thorough proof-reading. There were many spelling/grammatical errors, and some practice questions appeared before the material was covered (and some questions weren’t covered at all). More questions having you apply material to actual scenarios is recommended. Students have 180 days from the date of purchase to complete this course and the course exam.
My experience here has been very comforting, moving is always high stress situation. The manager Bill Bennette is very good at his job, he makes sure all residents have their issues addressed as soon as possible. The whole team here at Arbor Lakes are very accommodating, treating all residents with respect is what they do every day. When I first read the reviews I was a little hesitant to move here.
The office and maintenance staff is always there when you need them. Love it here from the apartments to the grounds to the clubhouse and pool.. Good for family or if your single just a nice place to live ..
You can imagine how many memories were made here and by so many different people. I love the thick walls where you can barely hear your neighbors and it doesn't smell like BackWoods. There are surely some issues that can arise from living in an older building like with electrical and the radiator systems, but the management really makes due and addresses any issues quickly and carefully. Robert and Michelle are both great at their jobs and are very respectful and responsive to the needs of all residents.
I have been a tenant at medallion properties for 4 ½ years now. The new property manger Joanie was very attentive. She worked with me until everything was resolved and made sure that I was satisfied with all the services. Chicao leaasing I do appreciate that she wasn’t just trying to get me to sign a new lease. She wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with the new lease and if there was anything she could do to make my renting experience easier.
The manual needs rewritten, instructions need to be clearer, and ALL of the questions in the tests must be included in the course. We had an issue with our bathroom and they came quickly and got it fix, even during this whole pandemic/stay in home order. The only issue we have is some our neighbors are loud at night and sometimes the hallways smell like weed. I know is hard to control the issue with neighbors, but it’s gotten to the point that I have to make sure everything is locked and windows are closed. Last month we were awaken at 2am by someone knocking on our balcony window, then coming to knock on my bedroom window crying, a women crying and knocking loudly.
