The Professional Development course which you can take is the MSDP. The MSDP is intended to educate you about becoming a Teacher. The MSDP is intended to Teach you about Training in the Boardroom. The MSDP is not meant to Train you about Training in general, but it is Designed to Teach you specific regions of Training you will use in the Boardroom. The school should offer a clinical training Session that is approved by the National Board of Professional Education.
