Renting Space in My Head
On Friday night (my crabby day), I was over a friends house. Her 24-year-old son walks in & she told him to tell me what he said to her the other day when she was stressed out. He said, "I don't let other people rent space in my head."
I think that's exactly what I was doing that day! Words of wisdom...
On a separate note, my son & I had a pleasant weekend. Spring Vacation is this week, so I think he's kind of relaxed. That, plus the fact his sister is camping with the Girl Scouts this weekend, led to some "quality time" for us. He watched "The Breakfast Club" with us on Saturday and even took a nice long walk with me, my husband & the dog on Sunday.
