"Abuse can be physical, verbal or mental (also known as “psychological” or “emotional”).     Mental abuse occurs when a person around you, or in a "relationship" with you, tries to control information available to another person, so as to manipulate that person's sense of reality
 
(or what is acceptable and what is not acceptable).   Being poisoned by another is above and beyond mental abuse - poisoning is completely CRIMINAL, the MURDER of another person, even if they survive the poison and merely "flatlined" (died for a short while) will now have PERMANENT damage and all poison causes PERMANENT damage.  Strangling, running down with a car, sending murderers to the person's house to kill them and/or have them raped and robbed are CRIMINAL and beyond "abuse", forms of physical abuse and murder.  
 
Mental abuse often contains strong emotionally manipulative content and threats designed to force the victim to comply with the abuser's wishes.   
 
Any and all abuse takes a severe toll on self-esteem.   The abused person starts feeling helpless and possibly even hopeless, abuse becomes the person's "routine" and leaving abuse then becomes "stressful".    abuse leads to suicide (said suicide is then also murder, as they are driven to it) by the bully/abuser).   
 
Most mental abusers are adept at convincing the victims that the abuse is their own fault.   Somehow, the "victim" is responsible for what happened.   
 
A common form of emotional abuse is "I never liked you so i'm doing this"  or "I'm tired of her winning/getting/or why is she so great i want to kill her so i will"  or "I love you, but..."  to make it "sounds" nice at first, yet it is both a disguised criticism and a threat.    It indicates, "I love you now, but if you don't stop this or that, my love is of short duration."    better off without that kind of "love" which is actually "hate" and "jealousy". 
 
It is a constant put-down that works on your self-esteem.  Often the first step in leaving abuse is obtaining counseling to rebuild  esteem.  However, others bounce back as soon as the abuser is finally GONE (abusers will reappear later, like nancyI did when she approached shawn.  wtf?  i don't even KNOW nancyI.   had no idea she was even doing this shit, same with margeC and janiceK, i never MET either one ... and later on i discovered some man named JimO who was poisoning his girlfriend who later forced himself into her life as a husband by drugging her, finally divorced and showed up FIVE hours away at our house by philadelphia.  who the fuck are you weirdo.    the only thing all those people have in common is they are mainstreamed special- ed "educable retarded" people.  GROSS.   who, when placed in ordinary school started POISONING all the ordinary students there to bring the ordinary students down to their retarded level.  could it be a more fucked up school.  nancyI said she didn't realize how much trouble they made until no one wanted to attend their prom and the entire class was moving out of state after graduation.  lol.  
 
seems to me that tells the u.s. department of education to keep people of a certain level with their own level or they will seek to poison everyone down to their level. 
 
Ordinary sadistic would be LT who did allll that he did randomly for no reason at all and started killing others as a toddler.  wtf?  raping by age 6.  disgusting.  what i learned from this is that evil people ONLY KILL nice, good people and NEVER kill other evil people at all.  this can get long and i can name more and more people on it and will.  most of these people i never knew at all, and can only be viewed as bullies.  being around the evil step and her parents, made it worse as they are all mental and physically abusive people to each other and anyone who is within their orbit ... even YEARS later if they can get the person's phone number.  bda and joeV used to love to reel them in and cause more chaos decades later when none of us knew any of them at all - stalkers.  the only good of it, LT showed himself for what scum he is, and i no longer had to hear as an "adult" what i heard as a child, to "help" him, as by them he had turned into absolute shit along with his cousin(s) actually, as all three and their parents sometimes show up, plus the original eldest two dib's and their mother who taught allll of them how to be poisoners/abusive/murderers.  
 
i'm only recalling all of this because jl died and i'm remembering first meeting him, and all the warnings from him as he SAW KT punching infants in the head and testified against him, and he and the other boys RECORDED the then female LT, who's initials is now LG and her disgusting remarks along with her brother LT's equally disgusting remarks and gestures.  he actually ATTACKED/raped bethR's brother.  LT was NEVER normal just as his sister LT(LG) was never normal.  to this day he still stalks and every year its MORE of his crap.  wtf?   40 years later and it still goes on?    jc later on testified against etm for murdering gz, though nothing came of it.  etm's mother is the girlfriend of a judge in criminal court.  so on and on and on it goes.  jc's revelation about poisoning was:   so without poisoning her she would never date me or you, and now even with poison she can't stand me.  and if you give her more, she'll be in a coma.  why not just date boys, if you can't date girls legit.   LT, would love to openly be a gay man, but he would STILL BE a murderer, doesn't change it.             
 
Mental abuse can take the form of:* Extramarital affairs * Provocative behavior with opposite sex * Humiliation and put-downs * Hypercriticism * Refusal to communicate * Use of sarcasm and unpleasant tone of voice * Unreasonable jealousy * Extreme moodiness * "I love you but..." * "If you don't shape up, I will..." * Domination and control  jc did all of this and was another one STILL showing up and getting thrown out 2, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30  years later.  wth?   isn't there anyone else out there stalker?  weirdo.   and he isn't the only one stalking.  i'm stalked by male and female stalkers some i know and some i have never even met.  wtf?   Withdrawal of affection, so part of this is to also read the profile of a stalker.  jl took a class in that.  he said there is NO RATIONAL for it.  they are simply stalkers and bullies.  he was right of course, so why did it take this long for the law to address it and STILL the law does so little about it.
