relieved............

i am so relieved......b/c of the switch of insurance i need ot find a therapist in network.....wellllllll my psychiatrist called and said that the therapist i had when i was inpatient is working out of a town near me and she said that we'd be a great fit etc. etc.......the thing is, i think it;d be really uncomfrotable and weird having her as a therapist when i'm NOT in the hospital.....i told my parents that and my mom said,"you don't have to val.....she;s just there as a suggestion....no one is gonna force you to have her as a therapist.....if you're not comfrotalbe then that's not an option..." i was so relieved!!!!!!
