Relationship with God

I've heard this said, Much prayer, Much Power... Some Prayer, Some Prayer... No prayer, No Prayer. The more we talk to Father, the greater the opportunity to get a revealed response, do remember He listens first. What kind of relationship do you have with God? What kind of relationship do you want with God? For examples, look at the people who had relationships with Our Creator, ... Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Moses, Joshua, Ruth, Ester, David, ... Our Lord Jesus. There are a variety of sources from which to gain understanding, reading the bible (choose a version that allows you to understand the message of the passage), audio bibles (choose version you can listen to and understand), watch movies (be aware that some have taken greater artistic liberties than others in representing the accounts)... good for basic understanding, music ( some artist do excellent work incorporating passages into their overall song ) of various styles Contemporary, Gospel, Christian Rock, Hip Hop, Country, etc.Cartoons, yes they are good sources for a foundation, again watch for artistic liberties that might be taken. And there is the hearing of the scriptures, preachers, pastors whether online and/or attending congregations, the personal suggestion I give is to ask God for discernment (awareness of the truth) and that the focus be on your relationship with the Persons of God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
