Relief
For the last 3-4 days the weather has been less humid and has felt cooler. Yesterday I took my son to the park. I was even able to carry him, as he was crying. He weighs 40 lbs. I have not been able to carry him in ages. Haven't even tried
Today my son and I, he is 4, played outside with our new lab. He has lots of energy! He fetched, played in our little creek, and ran all over the place. My son was almost as energetic. My little guy and I went up a hill beside our house. We have a field of hostas. There are also red raspberries there. As I ate and ate, I pretended that I was getting the magic ingredient to help me with this COPD thing. It was fun and even a bit magical.
