Regaled with tales of new iPods
As the title would suggest, this post will be regaling the tale of my new iPod, fresh from the US of A because my dad just came back from a business trip. Rather annoyingly he took my sister too. I guess it's all fair enough though, my brother and I both got to go to Australia when we were her age, but still, it's New York, how is it fair that only she gets to go there? Anyway, the iPod, one of the new generation nanos, it's blue (surprise surprise (blue is my favourite colour (just in case you hadn't already got that (too many brackets!)))). It's the same size as a shuffle, it has 16 GB memory, a touch screen and it has crystal clear sound quality, it's amazing. Just the pick me up I needed in what is quite a stressful and unpleasant time. It's worth every one of the 11000 pennies I spent on it, things are cheaper over in the states so that is a little cheaper than the prices in ol' blighty. Aside from that I've actually been doing quite a bit of impulse buying in the past few days, and seeing as no one reads this I don't have to try and hide the fact that I'm doing this to cheer myself up. 'Gasp...' (insert shocked expressions here) am I being too hopeful to think I'm going to get that? I'm waiting for the question 'why do you need to cheer yourself up?'...
... No one's going to ask that? Ah, I guess it was a little too much to hope for that so I'm just going to leave you in suspense and never tell you. In the famous words of Rick Astley 'Thats how I roll'. Nah, I don't think he ever said that, I was just making a joke on the whole Rick rolling thing that went on a few years ago, seemed like as good a time as any to say it. Damn, things aren't funny if you explain them, are they? You know what, if anyone wants clarification on anything in this post or wants to know what I've bought so far just stick something as a reply below or send me a message. Haha, it's funny because that's going by the assumption that somebody actually reads this, and that just isn't true, hahaha. This is all cheering me up quite a bit actually. Ah well, off to do some more exercise and suff, still trying to get in shape, I'm still too thin and I don't want to get porky either.
