The OCIOLAND CHILDHOOD PARK in El Ejido is the largest in the province of Almería. It is an ambitious project for the smallest of the house that is developed in 1,800 square meters spread over three floors for fun, which has involved an investment of nearly two million euros and will have a staff of between 15 and 20 workers. Centros Comerciales Carrefour reinforces its commitment in the town of Torremolinos in Malaga with the opening of a CARREFOUR EXPRESS at a CEPSA service station. Among other contracts, the company is currently building two new hotels in Lisbon for an amount totalling 12.5 million euros. They are also carrying out the restoration of the emblematic 25 de Abril bridge in Lisbon. In total, construction of 13 bridges that will add a length of 6.3 kilometers has been planned. In addition, 26 over-and-under crossings will be executed and 30 roads will be renewed. With the new works, Sacyr will carry out a total renovation of the building that will enable adequate management of the functional areas and services.

The forecasts predicted a traffic of 30,000 daily vehicles, but it has never even reached one third of that figure, and in 2014 only 5,300 passed through. The concessionary is bankrupt after spending €445 million on its construction. The burst of the property bubble caught almost everyone by surprise, even the developers themselves, who in many cases did not even empty the sales stands at the construction site. Francisco Correa, the main indicted in the Gürtel corruption plot, wanted to use this development for laundering money, but most of the houses did not sell and the constructor went bankrupt. Two-thirds of this development were finished, but the money for the last part ran out.
