Reflection #16

"Some trust in chariots, and some in horses; but we will remember the name of the Lord our God."--Psalm 20:7I am here. Fear not. Can you really trust Me? I am a God of power, as well as a man of love, so human, yet so divine. Just trust. I cannot, and I will not, fail you. All is well. Courage.  --God Calling. How appropriate for me today to hear these words of encouragement. To know that God will never let me down. It's truly comforting. Gives me strength and lifts me up. I've been really emotionally 'off' the past few days, (thanks biblical EVE) These are the pitfalls of being a girl, a woman I guess. It sure explains some things. My anxiety, my weepiness. We seem to become so overwhelmed the mundane in life, or the usual stresses of work, family, life intruding. We should make time for prayer, self examination, ME time as some call it. I try to think of it, as my quiet time with God, Poppa. Abba, Daddy. You know. I like to imagine that I am sitting in His lap talking out all the ickies and woderfuls. He just holds me and loves me through it all.  I'm working hard to get to the place of HEALTH that I know I can get to. With the path laid before me, I live in this day, this moment. It will not come again. So I am determined to live, in the now. To love in the now.  Love, hugs and super blessings always. D
