Reevaluation
I am tired today. There is no work for me to do. I have asked my boss if she has anything for me. She is planning on giving me some of the front desk ladies duties which is going to cause I think some upset. I got a email from my friend in NJ yesterday asking me if I was going to call him. I don't feel inclined to. He was a part of my past that I don't really wish to keep a hold of. I feel if I keep trying to hold onto things in the past, that it might hinder me from moving forward. Besides, at this moment, the best I can do is just listen to him. And the converstion usually goes to him coming to visit. He is seperated from his wife, however, I am in a somewhat stable relationship even though lonely at times. There is nothing I can do to help him. I'm frankly tired of doing all the work in any relationships Ive gotten in. Friendships included. I have a freind in Fort Lauderdale, she was my best friend before I left abruptly 3 years ago. Even though we text from time to time, I feel I have nothing to say to her only that I hope she's doing ok. She wants me to come visit however Ft. Lauderdale is where my ex and his kids live and I don't want to run into any of them. It was just a place where I was very unhappy in a bad time of my marriage and don't wish to go there, or atleast I'm not ready to.
I guess I'm just reevaluating everyone and everything.
