Reducing Stress

Stressful day.  My special needs adult daughter has a bunch of symptoms, and today I can add one more to the list.  She is having issues with incontinence.  I tried to make a few phone calls to help her.  Her skin in all her creases is very delicate and breaks down very easily.  Today was no exception. Her stress level started to escalate and so did mine.  I wasn't able to get the help because I needed to spend the afternoon calming her down and reassuring her that everything would eventually be ok.  I took my Metamucil tonight and so far haven't had pain.  Sometimes the Metamucil actually gives me a stomach ache.  I will listen to one of my meditations tonight, probably one made by a MD.  I am very thankful I haven't had any serious pain.
