Recovery
Since, April I had been in and out of therapy to help with my depression that lead into post tramatic stress disorder. I had memory shock problems and remembered someone attacking me. After that I felt the whole world was attacking me all the time. Critizums at school and work were too much for me to handle. I failed a class of mine then switched majors to Art History. I even quit my job because I didn't feel like I belonged there anymore. Last fall 2016 was my time to explore and move on with my life in a new creative way. I had no triggers. I was going to therapy and my stresses were overwhelming but I had art to calm myself down. My therapist was influencing me to think I had something chemically wrong with me and told me I was having signs of schitzophrina which I can't have because its high dophmine and I have Dophime Responsive Dystonia that is low dophime. She though I was having delusions and misinterpriting people. I was not experincing delusions and that's what my nerologist told me. My nerologist told me I have post tramadic stress of some kind. Or it sounded like that to her. I left therapy for awhile. I still didn't understand what happened to me exactly then went on a ligit website and had a psycologist talk to me and said it was PTSD it was affecting my dreams because my dreams were my subconcious. Then I tranfered to Cal State long Beach and currently getting a bachlors degree. I am a full time student currently finding employment again. As of right now I get stressed out when someone looks similar or acts like my attacher but I have been getting better with that now. I just get a little anxiety and stress but it goes away in a few seconds. Then stops then continues again for a few more seconds but no flashes of memory or dreams reflecting it again.
