Recovering from Radiation

Wow, I wish I felt as I did during my last entry. I have permitted the diagnosis, surgery, and radiation treatments to unravel my equipoise and calm strength in God. I am completely exhausted and in bed most of every day and let this take me down into despair.
I pray this is a temporary reaction to cancer and I can pray and meditate on gratitude to be lifted from this deep valley I have been dwelling in the past month. Intellectually I know this too shall pass, but I am not feeling it deep within you Heartspace.
The more I read about cancer, the more frightening it becomes, so I stopped reading for now. Receiving messages from some here on positive Support has give my despair some release and transformation into Hope.
Prayers and kindness is truly Powerful for Healing in every aspect. My heart is FILLED with Gratitude for this site and the wonderful kind caring friends I have here...

Hello, my beautiful friend. No one can blame you for falling into despair. It has happened to all of us, and for lesser things than you are facing. I find in moments like that, I need a friend to stand in the gap for me. My faith is flagging and I need someone to keep me afloat. There is no doubt that you have a strong faith and you have often been that friend standing in the gap for others. I pray you will accept our humble offerings of support as we lift your weakened frame before the Lord. May the very power that raised Him from the dead be at work in your body and mind now. I pray that His presence would snuggle in beside you as you lie in your bed and that you could sense the beating of His hear for you today. Breathe His name. The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The righteous run into it and are safe. Much love to you, dear friend. Heather

Debra! God is with you! It is a trick of the evil one to make us feel alone when we are in the valley! You are not alone! You are a child of the King! And your Heavenly Father knows you, and knows what you need. Lean on Him. Let us help you battle through. Rest, sweet one. It\'s ok to just lay down, and rest! xo

Thank you Sweet Darla,
I appreciate the support to give myself the permission to rest. I feel my Spirit strengthening now, as nothing is stronger than my love for God.

Thank you Dearest Heather,
My favorite sentence is; \"Be Strong in the Lord and the Strength of His Might.\"
Absolutely nothing is stronger than my love for God. This Love overcomes all despair, sorrow, difficulties, and challenges. This time around it took a while for me to get back up and move in His name for the best I can give to myself, which is where He resides within and then be able to share with others. Blessed be.
