Reaping and Sowing

When I was a young girl my mother told me that you reap what you sow.  She used to talk about how bad people will spend the end of their lives suffering.  She pointed out examples she saw in life.
Reaping and sowing is in the bible.  I'm here to tell you that you don't always reap what you sow.  You see, i didn't sow the seeds that I'm now reaping.  My dad is the original sower.  He sowed a seed of anger, hatred and intolerance and just like the bible said, he's now reaping what he sowed.  But so am I.
Yesterday, I finally broke down and told my doctor what I was going through.  She told me that my dad is bipolar and also a sociopath.  He is extremely dangerous to me, she went on to say, pointing out that they rarely go after strangers.  They go after those closest to them.  That's me.  I'm the only one left.
My doctor told me that she understands that I cannot leave, but that I need to guard my own body and mind.  She suggested not talking to him everyday.  That's impossible.  He calls if I don't call.  And he's 85 next month.
She also told me that their biochemistry allows them to stay very strong(he is) and that they tend to live a long time while those around them live shorter lives(lucky buzzards).
At any rate, I'm here to tell young people to be careful who you have children with.  If you want to hang out with criminals and deadbeads and other's with mental issues(those who refuse to take medication, not the one's who are trying to help themselves), that's your business.  Bring chilren in the world and you're leaving them with a legacy of nightmares.  You can breakup or divorce a person.  The child can not.

And personalities like them seem to be able to suck people in and make them feel guilt for sins they had nothing to do with so remember that...
YOU have to use your ninja mind to offset those mind warping attidues people like that push onto others...again like your dr said KEEP your mind and body safe and strong against them so you do not go down before they do.....I know its got to be tough. Try to stay away from contact as often and long as you can - you can get tougher during those times by having days away from it that are happier and clearer in soul and mind. I am so sorry you have to add this burden
