Really. Upset.
Hello everyone I am really. upset tonight. My friend is having. a birthday party on the 29th for her daughter I want to go But my parents told me no That I can't go because its too far away I am so upset I just don't know what to do. I never get to go anywhere every time my friend invites me to something My parents won't let me go They said that I can't go because I might get hurt I am about to cry I am so depressed.

I\'m sorry you\'re having such a tough time. Maybe they\'ll change their mind by then. I don\'t know how far it is or.why they think you\'ll get hurt, but try not to get too depressed over it. We have so much of that with our painful lives and you nevet know, things could change by then.

No They are not going to change thier mind. Last night I kept. asking. them to please let me go They said no Tabitha Its just to far away. and that If I got hurt or sick They would get in big trouble for letting me. go Because I am under Gauidianship My friend that is having the party told me last. night that thier a couple guys that she wants me to meet I told my mom this and she said. Thats its to dangrous. to go Because. carla already. gave these. guys my home number and address My mom said that the guys might hurt me. Because the guys carla is trying to get me hooked up with are in thier 40s.
Parents can be very protective, there\'s a time when it becomes unhealthy. Maybe you can go to counseling with your parents to talk this over.
Tabby, please don\'t put yourself in a position where you are with men who are so much older than you. You\'re only 23, and these men are in their 40\'s. Why would men that old want to be with a person as young as you? It just seems not quite right. Please take care of yourself.
