Really sad !!

I feel like an empty shell, I have no emotions I'm just sad really really sad. I woke up this morning feeling empty and lonely. I'm scared about how I'm going to explain this to my grandson's father, I am not looking forward to his reaction. Will he take her back to court for full custody? I wouldn't blame him one bit she deserves anything she gets, maybe the judge can order her into a long term drug facility. God knows I've tried to get her into one without any success, every place she goes to is for maybe a week, they go over her MED's and let her rest and send her on her way. She needs to go away for a long time but I just can't afford it. Her mental issues need to be addressed as well as her drug problems and they both never get addressed at the same time.
The physiatrist she is seeing know is a quake and I plan to fill negligence charges against him. Why is it so hard to get the right help? Do I have to wait for the phone call that my daughter is dead?
I went to see my therapist this morning and sat there crying like a baby, she asked me if I feel safe. I told her I did because my grandson needs me, my husband needs my, I would never hurt myself even though the thought has crossed my mind very quickly. I do know where to go for help if I feel unsafe or worthless, I've gone before and I would go again if I need to, I know I would.
I have been praying a lot since this past weekend, I need God to give me the strength to get through this once again. That's all I can do for now. Please keep me in your prayers too, I need the courage and the strength to stay strong and get through  this just like I have before.

It is hard to get them in anywhere if you don\'t have insurance. Mine was drinking, suicidal, and he called the VA to get into their treatment program immediately. But they didn\'t have room for him at their facilities, and said he had to wait three month. He was crying for help THEN.. And then they told him they would have to tell his PO he was drinking. Later when he talked to her she said she would of put him in prison if he had admitted drinking. So what good are these people? Your daughter definitely needs long term treatment. I would write to the judge and plead for that. Who knows, might make a difference. Something has to be done more than a week or so.

Pat, so glad the rehab took her back. I know that only she and God can help. If she wants to help herself, then she can do it. Let go, and let God. Don\'t worry, but instead pray for every thing. Everything will turn out for God\'s will. As much as we love our children, they are the rulers of their life. We have to put our faith in God and know that He loves us and wants us to truly love Him.
God Bless you and your family

I missed where you said rehab took her back. That\'s great. But it better be for a long time, not just a little while.
