Really down :-( could use some advice/hugs

I've just had fairly major foot surgery and am having serious side effects from the meds I'm on which seem to all interact with each other even though both my psychiatrist and podiatrist said it was OK. I have a severe shopping problem and am trying to take a disbursement from my 401k due to disability which SHOULD prevent me from paying the 10-20% penalty. I can't quit smoking for the life of me which just adds to my health and financial concerns. I just don't know what to do anymore. I never sleep even though I'm on Percocet for pain because I have chronic insomnia from taking Parnate and just have so much crap on my mind. Help me please!!!
