Really bad day

It's been almost 2 months since my wife says it's over. In that time I have had to take my kids from her not that, that is an issue. The issue is she keeps telling me I need time I need time. She forced my hand to take our children away from her and to see the hurt and confusion from my kids is very painful along with the fact that she seems to be stringing me alnog telling me she needs time. She confides every night with online friends that helped motivate the breakup. I'm just broken and don't know how to start to fix it.
