Ready for my Mojito!

Did not get to the Y this am.  Just too darn tired.  But I am doing ok on eating today (so far.)  I am bowling tonight in my league with David and will try to take the dog for a nice long walk later to get in my 10,000 steps.  Thank God the rain stopped for now.  My knees were really botherin me yesterday with the cold and the rain.  Tomorrow will be a blessed office day to get some work done.  I thought I would be working from home on Friday, but big bummer, got another fire today out in York County.  So that means 5 hrs in the car.  It is very tiring. I have a Mojito in the refrigerator cooling.  Will sip that later.  I am really looking forward to it.   Paul is painting the sunroom.  It is almost done.  The color:  "Sun Showers."  It is bright yellow.  Will take some getting used to.  It think once the plants and furniture come back in, it will tone it down some.  I am hoping that I will feel like it is Spring all year long when I sit in there.  I also bought some pretty pillows from Home Depot on the way home.  Then he can finish painting my master bath.  I have felt so disheveled with stuff all over to keep these two rooms emptied out.   Still smoking, like 5 cigarettes a day.  Total stress, just like the eating.  Just a feeling across the board of being out of control.  Still have that picture in my head of where I want to be.  Trying to focus on that.  Maybe by Christmas?  It is so frustrating.  I am so frustrated.   I will try to get to the Y tomorrow.  I always feel better after going.  It is just getting out the door that is the problem.   Ticks this year are a real scary problem!  We had more deer around this year, so that has probably contributed to the problem.  But just in my yard we are getting ticks!  The grass is cut.  I do have some pine trees.  But it is not like I live in a forest.  I cannot understand why this has been many times over the last week or two I have been finding ticks on the dog, on David, on me, on Paul.  It is crazy!  Is there some kind of spray I can spray to kill them?  I have Kona on Revolution for ticks, fleas, mange, etc.  Funny- this AM we found a tick in her neck, right above where we put the Revolution just a few days ago!
