Really?

I called our fertility clinic today to let them know that the Hubs and I have decided to stop our quest to be parents. All I get from the gal on the phone is "I will toss that information along and if you need our services again call." Really? You are just going to toss our  crushed dreams of parenthood along? How about pass or let them know? Not even an 'I am sorry' or encouraging words. I couldn't speak with the nurse that has been with us since the start and that was even more frustrating to have some one who does not know my husband and I 'toss the information along'.
