Re update
I am hiding in my office with the door closed because I cannot concentrate! Heard back from the RE and they said it is a BFP, 958! Wow, that number seems high, right? She said I am 4 weeks along (?, I count almost 5), and my due date is 10/27/2013.
DH said not to call him at work today so I am so excited with no one to talk to.
The doc said I could start prenatal yoga, so that is exciting. I will get to meet other expecting mom's in my neighborhood. But she also said they like to do 2 more blood tests and an ultrasound before they call it official (?). Come on, really?
We only implanted 1 embryo, but I am now wondering if we have twins (numbers are high, right)?
Ugh! My mind is going a million miles a minute. Thank you for allowing me to vent.
Craziest part? My pants are super tight, I had to buy a pair of maternity pants to feel comfy. I read 6 weeks is more typical...what if..?

My best friend with twins said they go off how quickly it doubles not how high it is... Thats how they suspected her having twins between 4-6 weeks the blood tests went up far too quickly for there to be just 1 baby, if it continues to double it\'s 1 but if it goes up quicker then that it\'s possible!
However if it\'s one embryo, they\'ll be identical twins :) But please be cautious, I\'m super excited for you! I was an identical twin, my mum lost her in the first trimester. Chances of twins do increase the older you are (over 35 especially).
The blood tests and ultrasound sound like a good idea, not only to make it official but to get an idea if its twins or not.
For now, just be excited, 1 or 2 its AMAZING! :)

So Cidekmat and I have a running joke (albeit a bad one, we do get a little punchy) that since DH and I didn\'t want twins, if we have twins, we\'ll pack the second one up and ship him/her to one of our IF friends!!! No, no. In truth, we would be shocked but super excited. Thank you again for the well wishes.
