Rash, Fatigue, Joint Pain

Tuesday night i noticed my face was red in the shape of a butterfly rash, but it didn't look like a typical rash that has raised lesions. I wonder if anyone else gets that and I wonder if that is a butterfly rash. I could not go to work Wednesday. When my alarm went off, I was so exhausted and my joints were hurting. I messaged my boss, went back to bed and slept until 7 PM. I went back to sleep around 9:30 PM and woke up this morning at 7:00 AM. I am still tired but managed to make it to the office today. The lights are hurting my eyes so I am wearing sunglasses at my desk. The rash now resembles eczema and it is on my neck and the V of my chest. It itches but it is to painful to scratch. I have taken Lortab, ibruprofen and tramadol but my joints still hurt. I have an appointment with my pain management doctor this afternoon. I hope he can pull some magic.
