Rascal Flatts

Rascal Flatts has a song called "I'm Movin' On".  I can honestly say I have never listened to Rascal Flatts.  The name alone is enough to keep me movin' on.  But this song says it all for me.  So much so that I wrote the whole thing in my journal.  I have started listening to a lot more music now.  In my teen age years I thought about how cool it would be to be a DJ on the radio.  Slowly, like everything else that has disappeared in my life, music left me and was replaced by talk radio and news.  Nothing I really enjoyed but it filled the cracks with noise.  As I started to come to terms with leaving, a process that took almost a year, someone sent me the song.  At first I thought maybe I'd been followed.  I mean really, how could someone write that song about me and not even know me.  But then I started listening to other songs.  Songs I used to listen to, new songs on the radio, at the grocery.  I would google the words and before I knew it there was a whole piece of me that had been missing.  Found.  And yes, I am movin' on.
