rare good people

Like some urban ghetto kid only used to bad events and bad people, I've had similar stuff in my life.
Today to vet, to get my elderly cat his medication from compounding site 25 miles away, not there, but did make arrangements for final trip next week-----and really friendly secretary who put up with my stupid talk.  Also nice that she a gorgous under 30? grace Kelly type icy blonde.
then hardware store, for topsoil, with ground of course hard as rock and covered in two inch snow.  Two trips, to carry two bags home, with second trip in ski mask, gloves, fur hat, even inside the store.  I asked about candy on counter, didn't have enough---but cashier let me have it anyway, though me in better shape later returned with change.
Liquor store, why not, with cashier nice too with my sob story of my cat, though 8 hours later I didn't open it.
Me with hands scarily closing and sinus are going numb later, with only able to crawl on floor, could barely stand, called landlady to take me to e.r., she showed up and talked, drove me to pet shop 3 miles away, to get fish oil spray to "torture" my cat with, and hope for a medical miracle.
I was also given a valium by somebody; I don't know how they are supposed to work, but it knocked me dead out, without any dreams, for about 3 hours.
Tomorrow, I'll even call the hometown mental group I hate, to see if I can get individual therapy, so they have all kind of rules.
I still think non-therapists, people in person, can have the best affect on somebody, including/especially a dope like me.

I finally took the time to read your current journals. The one regarding the sex offender. WOW. I am retired from working in social services. I had to listen to sob stories from many an offender. Those crimes, as far as I\'m concerned, should put someone away forever! Sorry that\'s how I feel.

One on one therapy is always the best choice. And remember never ever use poor potty training for not getting your life together. We all live by example and there are plenty of good examples out there, they don\'t have to come from parents. We all know how to behave, we all know right from wrong (unless you are truly psychotic or have dementia) And remember talking is always the best therapy. Don\'t be ashamed to talk some ones ear off if they are willing and you feel better doing it.

You can get yourself together.
