Rapid Cycling
Is it rapid cycling if i feel like hell in the morning and heavenly in the afternoon. Or is it just a human resonse to life?
A girl on here suggested it could be rapid cycling and it felt like a fit suddenly.
I'm finding it so difficult to get a handle on this whole BP experience, but I found a good website called webmd.com and it said that you only need one instance of mania to be bipolar....so I gueess buying that car that neither Bryan nor I could drive would qualify me. And that rapid cycling was 4 or more instances of mood reversal in a year.
I don't want to have bipolar-despite it being the illness of choice of many creative celebrities!-I don't want to have to be on medication for the rest of my life. I think that living here with Ivan should be enough to keep my mood level-but I have had way more depreszion than uppitiness this year. 15 weeks after Christmas was unceasing distress. But my ups haven't been too up-no carrying screeds of paper to the computer at 5 am...no giant schemes or extravagant purchasing....mood stabilsers or simple common sense coming into play?
I am lost! But I'm hoping Dr Chandra will think it's OK for me to stay on the Prozac and gradually reduce the mood stabilisers. I hate having so many pills to take.
I am taking all my old meds back to the chemist and get a fresh supply.. I am also tomorrow going to the bank to get my money put into an on-call account at 5% interest.
I had such fun yesterday counting my shekels for when I retire. I should have around $150,000 plus...That's if I stay on at Stats for ten years. I will have $150 extra a week for 20 years.
I better go-we are running late for work.
Just need to get myself organised and stay busy.
