Rape & not coping

I was raped in November by this guy, and today I got an email back from my invesigating officer to tell me that the guy has to answer bail - I don't have a clue what that means but i'm finding it hard to get to sleep or even stay asleep now I try do anything to get me to not have that image in my head anymore but its to hard and am trying anything from staying up very late to not sleeping at all to just burning myself out to panic attacks and I just don't know if I can take it anymore.
