rape excuses

i found a lovely problem. the guy was using rape defences legally on me. he had said to the police that nothing happened, now what i want to now is why ? what the hell is that for  i mean ok  i called the attack rape, as in intent to rape etc.and it had followed sexual assaults. but what the hell was he doing that for, or concealing for someone else ? why was there a guy involved at the cops going "nothing happened" now im like so what the hell did he plan, what the hell was they going to  do again ? i mean what for ? the defence is one of three used "nothing happened"   "she consented"  "it wasnt me"  so i mean what gives ?
i mean ok i might go well it wasnt me, when he accuses me of stuff - and he did, but what the hell was he at the cops doing that for over sex assaults ? and using legal things, so what was his involvement then ?
i mean there was an attack at my house after, what for ? so if nothing happened what was that for  ?
this is getting sick, dosent that confirm intent to rape to do that arguing about it, so i mean rape  was involved then, or he wouldnt be doing it would he ?
