Rape

I was raped on the 3rd of November and I need to do a VRI but I just don't know if I can go through it or not but I am coming around to the idea of doing one because unless I do I won't get past this at all, It has been horrible for the last 3 weeks I would really could do with some support. I just don't want to rake everything up again and upset myself even more but I just can't seem to get past what he did to me and I'm suffering very bad at the minute.
