rambling on

I bid you all a very good day from down under Australia.

Is something of concern for me and i feel i is worth mentioning and needs some sort of address.

The topic of which I refer to, is the lack of any positive upbeat drive.

It is vital to be active both mentally and physical.

There are three ways of managing Parkinson's Condtion,

they are  attitude , attitude and attitude, and best make it positive, as negativity will not pll you through.

I think , feel and believe, that the best way of dealing with this confounded condition, is to meet it head on

with everything I have. When Parkinson's comes hard at me, I go hard at it.

It does one no good at all moaning, groaning and lamenting. It is i believe a waste of energy, energy that is better made

use of in positive upbeat ways, focussing on things which you can do.

I remind you , if I may , that there are no quick fixes.

The management of Parkinson's Condition is hard work, I repeat, there are no quick fixes.

Develop and

MAINTAIN A WINNING POSITION .
