Rambling about my health
It's 12:26pm right now. I just got home a few minutes ago from the gym and am feeling great! I'm determined to keep up with my workouts and being healthier. I haven't weighed myself today, but I'm thinking that I'll weigh myself once a week. The last time I weighed myself I was at 226lbs. That's definitely not my ideal weight, but it's an improvement from when I was around 21 years old and weighing at 276lbs. I find that as long as I've gotten a good or decent amount of sleep the night before I'm able to workout well the next morning. I went to the gym like two days ago or so and again this morning, but since there's been a gap between workout days, I'm going to count today as my first day out of 6 days to exercise this week. Last year I worked out 6 days a week for a few months and went down to 204lbs, and was so close to being under 200lbs. But, I let myself go after a while and regained the weight. Recently though I've been doing a lot of portion control with my food intake and eating healthier foods as well as drinking lots of water everyday. The water part is easy for me because I love water. One thing that I've improved on is not eating late at night or right before going to bed. So, so far so good with all of that. Now, it's just a matter of being consistent with it all. I believe I can do it.
