raining for 5 days straight//dinner at k's//pruned more branches//headaches at work. grrrrr
had dinner at k's early because of angel. we had barbequed chicken and mixed veggies and potatoes and the new drink, sweet white wine with cranberry. EXCELLENT. and coffee. he is adapting well to the house adjustment because he had already decided last year that its not a safe neighborhood. wow! and I had no clue at all. so much for me. what else did he know about this serial killer woman around the block and how much did the neighbors already know about her? that is really creepy. there is more but i'll stop, its about the guy who started it. too strange.
and then there is the cell phone tower up the block (much less than 1500 feet away from the house). I am STUNNED the government is allowing cell phone towers up in suburban areas! KNOWING they cause cancer?!! but makes sense they are placing them in nuisance areas. government is always very sly. its sad also. a regular erin brockovich for anyone living there who isn't criminal.
rested nicely for a couple of days, mostly because of the rain. i needed it. then more aggravation. people not showing up to fill out applications. people telling on people already here, that this other person works in this place and not this one...like i care. whatever. odd though. have heard that about that one person from three different people. lol. need someone more reliable for one of the shifts but feel guilty firing this one because i know he needs the money. if he is in any other branch i think he'll lose his job though i think more local is better for him unless he plans on moving, he's not from here anyway and his wife doesn't work and his son is too young for school, (also none of my business, you never know with people).
some jerky lady in a old black 1995 suv stopped by our street. creepy. there is no way she is from our neighborhood by the beach. she claimed to be from the nearby condos, but didn't seem to know the NAME of those condos? and claims to own one orange cat. she has a heavy southern accent. i said it to w and he says, there is a no-pet rule at the condos. so more creepy. and i didn't get her tag. easy to find out with the tag. if so, the outdoor animals have to be fed across the lane at the estate, not here. if she is from the area of the new house, i have to track it because its stalking, which is a six year felony (you go to prison for six years for stalking people).
i pruned more branches - easiest to prune and to weed when its rained a couple of days. my neighbor's dog is ill and he took him to the vet for tests. the dog is 15. looked for marc today because i was giving out treats, and couldn't find him, so more crap? all of a sudden all this crap? c says, the black and white showed up, but didn't come in, hasn't seen the siamese monkey. i can't write more on here, but i already called miami on this and they will handle it their way. i don't even want to have to "think" about it, because what the people by the new house do is so evil. k says poisoning is one of the most painful ways to die. an eye for an eye here. she also works in a bakery so who knows how many people she has killed the same way, plus other animals at winn dixie shopping center.
i've run interference for people with evil/bad neighbors when i can, but i have never been in the middle of it before. its really repulsive. how do evil people live with themselves? how do they sleep at night with all that blood on their hands?
the properties rby found are larger and do-able. one of the houses is 2000 square foot and a two story, with two decks, the other is a giant parcel and the one that interested me local is also still around, though too close to that serial killer/predator woman unless it is "closure" by then. left the other carrier at rn's and its like, we have our own things we need to handle and instead I have to deal with this crap. also saw jm at work and he is out of commission for the next three Wednesdays (he has copd).
rby says the two story house has 4 or 5 adjoining acres for about the same price and same amount of work. tempting. one of the other rescue women is very excited because TEN years ago she told me they were building in this area and re-doing and needed a developer. i had no interest at all back then. now here it is again and its still not done, which is exactly what she said would happen. i'm still unsure of that. miami is a city and outlying areas of miami were still citified. this isn't miami at all. she says you get used to it. she and her husband moved out there in the 90's and she loves it. rby moved there around ten years ago and says the same - i think she has 20 acres. she actually commutes to city from there and says its fine. who knows. i just can't see it, i'm not at all rural, i'm an ocean and island person. and i really wasn't looking for a project. i've been there and done that kind of thing. like the saying living the same year over and over again for 75 years is not living, its existing.

You do have one strange, creepy neighborhood, 38. Goodness, the stories you tell! BUT, lucky for all the animals in your area. They are well guarded and protected by you and yours! You\'re one good woman!!

i wish they were. by the beach, MANY of us feed and the small colonies have always existed here. by water the saying is you have a choice, have cats or have rats. you have the choice. its because of water rats etc. people always have cat colonies by water and there is a lot of trouble if there aren\'t. ditto by warehouses from what i hear.
by the other house, it gives me the creeps. first because of the cell phone tower and then the rest of it. c says he saw the black and white cat two times and it ate by the cat door. in front there is a lose dog from across the street that steals food. grrrrr.

i also saw marc. big relief. and the hooker bitch or whatever she is, is STILL walking up and down the main road here and side road i think, at crazy hours waking me up. it will give me cancer! at least that is what the article says, disrupted sleep causes cancer (i think disrupted sleep raises stress and lowers immune system).
also creepy as all hell. the no blood cousin, is supposedly stilllllll living here. i heard he was gone as of 2012. totally creeped me out. cm who is at the library all the time now, is the one informing and so does facebook of course. so have to see if its true and if he is stalking because stalking is the main thing he does before he strikes. wth? i couldn\'t believe it, of all the places there are to live in florida. why here? i said it to my aunt, and there she is with the carrot of pensacola and the coast and the great deals and the interesting culture. would be nice to js as well if she would do it because biloxi casinos are near by. lots to think about.
