RAINED Saturday and Sunday, its 69 now and have the heat on//found acreage that is HUGE by rby's//

Rained all day, so except for sunny mornings, saturday and sunday and a packed beach, the day was all light rain and sunday, heavy rain.  pruned trees and pulled weeds in the a.m.  bobp was by doing the law and cutting limbs.  he also got the bid on the mini mall and is thrilled.  glad for him.  he still has a mortgage on one of his houses and i know he was worried about that.   one of the guys showed up to get an application.  wow, one!  i have to call the main office and request applicants.  haven't had to do that in ten years.  they really need to cut some loss and raise the pay.  they can't do it through the banks because the banks are still hurting.  we received another cluster of properties around the $55,000 mark in good areas, that had been $150,000 ten years ago.  i checked on bt's for him.  the property is listed as in an area valued at $350,000, but the sale prices for the area are around 99,000.  that is sick.  the one for 55,000 is on a canal so you can have a boat there.  tempting.  the estate across the lane from our house by the beach  also offered to help with tnr as they have over an acre on the water, if there are left over animals during adoption season, because of the weirdo who is stalking us.  w insists she was all the way over here by the beach.  so did the foreign girl.  never expected that.  i think she scares people for real.  she must be bipolar and not taking meds at all.  not good.  bipolars kill anything that is around them including people when not on meds.  jodif said that is when they become predators.  she was horrified when she saw a film of what she is like when not on medication, it was her turning point, because it was repulsive.   kv also claims that she was up here at our office complex a couple of MONTHS ago!  and there is proof on the caller id that she called FRIDAY.  wth?  for her to know where i work in this area she would have to be following me around.  that is realllllly gross.  i'm not on tv right now and there is no way she would know who i am at all.  ewwwww.  we went through this with those old women south of here who are human traffickers, breaking into homes and worse.  now this.  i have high blood pressure i can't deal with this crap.    we are back to the drawing board searching acreage again - one of the pieces that rby found is HUGE, bigger than i was looking for.   also since they have tnr everywhere now, another way is to purchase most of a street or all of it in a depressed area and put my own people in there and stay city.  rby wants me to look two counties over and JJJJ of all people suggested brevard where its warmer.  wow!  would never have expected that EVER?!!!!  a city block is much less work and i won't have anxiety attacks , which i get from being somewhere rural -- would be best if its near a university though.   i really don't want to go through anything that can affect my health or the animals.   and i'm looking at classes in gerontology, so a university is a good idea.  at life's end i'll be a "gerontologist"  lol.  hadn't planned on that.  but, i had always planned to open a colony for retired professional artists when we are old, and now we are old.  lol.  kind of like the one on the movie twins with schwartzenager - would be really cool to do that in the south of france.  wow!  i told n that israel has FREE in vitro as he and s were looking into that and in usa its $35,000 for in vitro.   wth?  why do that here at all.  they could live in israel for a couple of YEARS and get in vitro and have their kid for less than $35,000.  also get to see, pyramids, sphynxs, bethlehem, nazareth etc.  a once in a lifetime trip!  cool!  they could also live in a kibbutz for FREE if they wanted to or do it all through a study abroad with a college and have the entire trip cost them very little.   as far as teens go.  saw that employee today.  i didn't say anything about what he is doing.  i did say something last year when it first came up.  i told him, if he dates, the girl should be within five years of his own age - older or younger.  (i know this is none of my business).  that whole situation is sickening as well.  he is 43 and seriously hitting on 16 year old girls (and who else?).  i hate predators of any sort.  he also started wearing contacts and lost weight.  wth?  look in the mirror weirdo.
