Rain rain rain

My body hurts all over.  I felt the pain before the clouds rolled in and told everyone it was going to rain.  We were outside working in the yard and it was a beautiful sunny day.  My husband and two teen-aged sons were putting in a brick patio.  They didn't believe me when I said they better hurry up and finish or they were going to get rained on.  My shoulders started hurting and then my hands and the first joints in my fingers... then my knees and toes.  UGH.  Well it stormed and for the past few days it has been rainy and gloomy outside.  When I open my eyes in the morning, before I've moved, I think.... maybe it stopped raining but as soon as I move I know it hasn't.  I really need that sun to come back because my spirit is getting down.  I can feel the start of the dark downward spiral.  I can usually keep myself from slipping in but it is hard work.  I tried to read but I can't focus on anything.  I got out a baby blanket I was working on.  I was stuck on this one part and the baby is 6 months old now.  I pulled out the pattern again last night and actually figured it out.  That helped me feel better for a while.  I realized I need to find things that needed to be fixed.  I love to fix things.  I dug into my husband's closet for things that needed to be fixed.  I sewed a fastener on a pair of his slacks and now I'm looking for a button for a pair of cords.  This is my way of staying afloat.  I also decided to try needlepoint.  I have never tried it but I remember my mom used to do it all the time.  A friend had one that she bought mistakenly thinking it was a cross stitch.  She gave it to me and today I bought a frame to hold it so I can work on it in my lap.  That will keep me busy
I went to my doctor appointment all ready to talk her ear off about things I've been dealing with lately.  I had a list written up.  I almost forgot it and ran back inside to get it and ever step hurt.  Then I got there to hear I was 24 hours late for my appointment.  It was yesterday.  UGH.  My doctor didn't have another appointment until mid July so they sent her a message to ask what she would want me to do.... wait or what?  I just wanted to cry.  I didn't.  I went to Joann's LOL  Just walking in the doors of a craft store makes me feel better.  That is better than eating everything in site.  I just hope I can keep this up and not get depressed again.  I really need some sunshine.

I thoroughly believe that much of what you describe is related to the autoimmune system.

Have you tried B12 shots?
