Rain Rain Go Away

It has finally stopped raining after over a week of constant rain. I don't mind the rain because it is cooler than the summer heat but it does bring out the leeches...ughhhh
It also fills up our water tanks, We don't have town water even though we are only 15 min from town and about 5 min from the reservoir which supplies the town!
I must be one of the few people who do my washing when it rains !
I have also noticed that I have been much better since I started living here and not drinking town water. Makes me wonder about what goes into the water!
