Rain and Sun

Hey AllWell its been only two days this time. Homework,Homework,Homewor ughhhhhh. I'm enjoying class but the homework kind of sucks. Some of it is easy some not so. I had a interesting day yesterday. I got a call from a nurse at Archers Pharmacy saying my doctor order a cpap machine so I went to get fitted for a cpap machine and then to the doctor. lol I think I'm turn around. I do have sleep apnea from the sleep study and on the 30th I will have another with my machine. It took most the day with the doc then blood work and appointments. I got down the road and they called. The lady didn't draw enough blood so more holes in my body. I came home tired and went to bed after supper then got up for class. I was tired and finally got my machine ready and went to bed. It was weird that I was wearing it but I went to sleep and didn't wake up til 630. I didn't wake during the night. I was kind of tired being up early and took another nap at mid morning then i got to doing my homeworkkkkkkkkkkk. Smiling today and doing some more then a nap. lol Love ya all Have a pain free day. LoveĀ  A fustrating day I ran out of my sleep meds that is probably why I feel sleepy today.Robin

My hubby has sleep apnea too. He adjusted to it very quickly! It sounds like you will too!!!! He was only sleeping on an average of 4 hours a night then waking up every half hour to every hour after that. He also did a \"sleep study\" on him...........he slept overnight at Kaiser sleep clinic and hooked him up to a lot of electrodes and then had him go to sleep. Turns out that he sleeps 8-10 hours straight every night now!!! His energy level has dramatically changed since using his PAP machine!!!! We have a friend that also has sleep apnea.........and if it wasn\'t for that we would have never known he had it............We hadn\'t even heard of it before that. I am glad you got diagnosed at your age. That is good...........!!!!!! HUGS!!!!!!!

My husband has to use that machine also. Made a big difference in his life. But he has some weeks that he still don\'t sleep a whole night. Don\'t know if it is stress catching up on him or his age. lol! Hope this device works well for you too. I have a friend that couldn\'t manage wearing the mask at night. Each morning it was found on the floor. :)

Thinking of you Robin. Sounds like the cpap helps. I\'ve had sleep studies done. Nil sleep apnea. I was suffering from Insomnia which evolved because I wasn\'t sleeping well with CFS and Sjogrens. I\'ve found that pure melletonin 3 mg works well if I take it 2 hours before I want to sleep deeply.
Thanks for sharing your journey with me . Hows the study going?
HUGS!!!
