R.I.P

Rest in peace in paradise uncle john. I now wonder if my binge eating was mainly a way to cope with my grief of john dying.  I don't crave lately, I've been eating terribly - but the guilt hasn't so much been there and neither has the desire- it's just been a lack of time and grabbing whats about thing. I'm interested to see how my health and habits might improve now this grieving period is beginning to heal. John has died, he's funeral was today and reading his Eulogy was both powerful and a little overwhelming but i'm so glad i did it and pulled through it even though I stopped and cried. I pulled myself together! I can't believe his gone. He was so loud and you couldn't miss him. Now you really feel the empty space he engulfed wonderfully!

I\'m sorry about your uncle! It seemed like you were close with him huh? Soemtimes that space might feel empty.. but it seems like maybe there could be another way to look at it...maybe you can try to imagine that space....that feels empty resonating with peace... all of the goodness he gave to the world.
God be with you in this time.
Sometimes we place so much though and energy into thinking about how much we are binge eating and maybe not enough time on what is making us eat that way. Something i am doing right now is dedicating myself to learning about food and nutrition... like what is good for you and what isn\'t and why.

There is a book i am reading right now you might like its called. \"Perfect Weight America\"
There is also a website you might like to check out.... www.PerfectWeightAmerica.com!
Im on it let me know if you check it out i\'d be curious to see what you think! :)
