quitting xanax is hard
Just started tapering off xanax. Though I was on the lowest dosage for close to a month. It still is hard. Symptoms includes so far insomnia, heart palpitation, flushing through the body and slight headache, fatigue, blood pressure drop. This is the hardest thing that I have to go through. I don't know if these are the withdrawal symptoms or previous symptoms amplified. I thought I was OK on xanax but then after a couple of weeks of insomnia, I'm tired of xanax. I need a lot of strength to get through this....

ITS HARD BUT YOU ARE A STRONG WILLED PERSON.IF YOU WERE NOT YOU WOULD BE WANTING A HIGHER DOSE.THEASE ARE ALL SIGHNS OF PANIC ATACKS, ALL SO.DID YOU TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR ABOUT THIS.YOUR IN MY PRAYERS.I LOVED THE LIL BOY STORY.
Thank you for putting me in your prayers. We all need an escape one way or another. As long it drew your attention away from your problem for a time, that\'s all that matter. I did not talk to my doctor about this but after some sleepless nights, and research I did, I decided to opt out of xanax. I called his office and left a message on his answering machine and he had nurse called me back. He didn\'t question why, and just told me how to do it. After visiting him 4 weeks straight in a row, my co-pay adds up. LOL
