QUITTING SMOKING PROCESS
Hey all,Yesterday, I asked for prayer to quit smoking. With God's help, I managed to go 7 hours without a cigarette. So, that's 3 times this week that I've done that. I'm going to TRY to quit smoking gradually, like yesterday & today. But, if that doesn't work, I'll have to just go cold turkey. I know I can do it, if I just make up my mind & get stubborn with myself. Thanks to those who are praying. Love you all.Debi
