quiet, beautiful day, sunny 70 degrees//baby aspirin troubles//vanderbilts lawsuit and stalkers

nice and QUIET today, 70 degrees.  i'm wearing a turtleneck.  had forgotten how much i love being here, rather be nowhere else actually, when its quiet like this.  wish the woods across the canal was still there though -- actually the woods in general.  when i gave directions to my boss last week, i said to him, the woods are gone though, and its not a dead end anymore.  even up the road, the woods are gone and there is a mini mall.  grrrrr.  the best thing about being here was the naturalness was still here - plus the quiet.  
much of what i do here, with the peace and serenity thing, i could easily do in europe as well, if they had more humidity.  my aunt thinks everything is caused from the pesticides ingested into our bodies, or even worse, some douche slipping it to you in food or drink.  the evil steps do that, plus anyone else the evil step can get to do that -- actually i can think of DOZENS of people in south florida who do that.  wth?   my ex from college in europe, said the same thing.  as soon as that shit was over there in europe, seizures started.  its from the poisons - and since poisons never leave our bodies, the poisons cause cancer.    
i took baby aspirin (low dose) yesterday and the day before because the weather was rainy and i was in tons of pain as soon as i woke up.  well, today i woke up with my stomach all screwed up, so my doctor is onto something - can aspirin cause the stomach lining to bleed?  he had taken me off of aspirin about a week ago.  its ironic because i have been told to take aspirin to control blood pressure since the 90's, but never did because i had heard its bad for you.  my other doctor for the passed two years insisted on it and insisted on statins - both of which made me ill.  wish i had continued not listening.  grrrr.  the statins also made me gain weight (20 pounds or more) which while on statins won't go away, its a statin side effect.  
i went off statins and went on a vitamin called red rice yeast and THAT is what made my cholesterol go down to about normal but is still a tad high - just over 200.  yay vitamins.  
had my first cadbury egg from easter, and same as the kit kat, it upset my stomach, now, is that a pesticide in the chocolate now, or is it the water being different because its made in mexico now instead of here.  wouldn't it all be filtered?  so strange.  was reading through gloria vanderbilt's lawsuit stuff.  her lawyer and her therapist sold one of her company's and kept the money without her permission.  they owe her millions.  i wish she would write a book on that case.  seriously.  she WON the lawsuit and received damages from the state of new york on the lawyer's malpractice (300,000) but to this day, NONE of the millions they owe her, plus back tax money in the millions has been paid by them.  what the hell, what good is it to go to court, if you don't actually get the money?  
it says the lawyer died of cancer a few months after being caught and the therapist lost his medical license, but he is still alive and still working, but he's in a different field now.  where is the money?  seriously.  that is a shitload of money?  and she would have the money for good lawyers.  what kind of legal system is that, you WIN but the millions, oh, still gone.  that is like the jerk from south florida, he still stalks me now.  he'll call out of nowhere and accuse me of things and i never know who he is or what he is talking about.  where does he get my phone number from?    
or he'll say, well this lawyer did what you wanted to do with writing or music or whatever he lists, and its like "wanted" to do?  i was in the arts my entire life.  or do you really mean, what you tried to stop happening for no reason at all, to the point of stalking, maligning, robbing, breaking in, tapping phone lines, stealing mail and hiring other stalkers.  wth?!  and all stuff he has done before and most of his life.  like he gets fixated with total strangers.  tooooo weird.   when his daughters started college, and he called AGAIN.   i said to him, now aren't you going to hire 45 year old men to stalk them and steal their work?  and he's like no.  and i'm like, how come?  that's what he did his entire life at 19 year olds.
i hate stalkers.  they never have a reason for anything they do except that they are insane.  that isn't a defense.  in the arts they say, stalkers are just desperate people trying to tag along to something that is out of their reach.  bda's mother used to do the same thing, even to her own family members.  crazy stays crazy, they don't get well.  they just get better and better at covering it up.  she was still turning up after her mother died in 95, so she couldn't blame her mother anymore -- saying her mother "told her" to do this, so she did it.  hmmm, bda, you were over 18, the entire time you did EVERYTHING you did and everyone pointed that out to her.  same as the stalkers from the northeast, were still turning up after jke died in 94, so its like, so its not merely her nutsoness.  it HAS gotten quieter since their uncle died though in 2009, there were two separate ones like that.  its the only way to pinpoint exactly where it comes from, though anyone they hire is equally guilty anyway.  are you over 18.  did you do this.  then that is it, you are guilty and responsible for what you do.
there are so many clusters of whackos and then another cluster will turn up.  brooke used to say, and then you will have another set of crazies.  lol.   everyone in the arts always warns about that, mariah even went public with it and then got in trouble for going public about it.  crazies come out of the wood work and will attack and stalk for no reason.  heard that one my whole life.  but crazies also go after what i consider ordinary work as well, and that i never expected at all, then you have to wait it out while a boss (unless its the boss itself who is a stalker or maligner) figures out what is going on and fires the person or fires and sues the person who is nutso.   even if they get them within several months (and it always takes at LEAST that long), its still several months of severe stress and total chaos, while the crazy/fraud/weirdo is at one's work.   super strange.  a lot of people choose to work on the road solo, rather than deal with the possibility of weirdos inside a work place.  (it will still happen but much less).
i haven't even figured out what that is about - wouldn't the whackos rather do what they can actually REALLY do rather than be a fraud.  i said it to j and he says, they can't really do anything professionally at all.  or if they can, its only one thing or part of one thing, compared to others who have genuine certifications in many things.  now that is because of laziness isn't it?  they don't practice.  they don't study kind of thing.  its not a smart or dumb thing, its solely a matter of lazy or (diligent) hard working.
