Quick note
Just thought I'd post a short journal entry. I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I volunteered at our local Thanksgiving dinner for our area. I then took my girl Ouka to the nursing home to visit the residents there. They love her so much and really enjoy her visits. They never want us to leave! I thought I'd be there for about an hour but ended up being there for 2 1/2 hours! It was a nice day all around. I miss family get togethers during the holidays. Hoping that will all change next year! For the first time in my entire life (that I can remember anyhow) I went out shopping on Black Friday! It wasn't bad at all. I just stayed away from all the stores that advertised people getting in line to get in at like 3 a.m.! I pretty much got the things I wanted/needed and got the hell out of the area. I live like 20-25 miles from all the shopping centers so it was nice driving out of town and headed towards home! :-)That's my latest news for now.Linda
