Quick, but Encouraging Update
I am super uber excited after this morning's appointment. My lining, which has always been a key issue for me, measured at .81. It is huge for me to get past .7. So, I'll take it!
I have at least 8 mature follicles (another accomplishment), plus a few more. Pending blood work results, I will trigger tonight and the retrieval will be on Thursday, with a Tuesday transfer (my RE only does 5-day transfers). I plan to do acupuncture before the retrieval and again on transfer day before and after.
The last time I did a fresh cycle, I was out of town and had several days off work. Should I plan to go back to work the day after ER? (I really need to.) I remember being sore afterwards.
What about the day after ET? My RE does not require bedrest, but I really need to be back at work (a lot going on) if I can. Advice?
Could this be it??? Really? The cycle has been picture perfect (for me), I am very encouraged right now and refuse to let anything negative creep in.
BTW, thanks for your positive thoughts and well wishes. My MIL had her surgery yesterday and is doing very well.
