Question AnyBody With an Answer

I had something happen over the weekend, but it seem it passed.  However, Monday I was out shopping with my husband, all of a sudden I became extremely tired, a weird feeling, weird headache, weak  feeling really wierd,  exhaustion, slight chest pain.. I think that would say what how I am feeling
Any Suggestions?
