Ok, now when I write in this journal, does it post for everyone to read??? Can anyone respond??? I feel kind of corny about it...Do you guys find it very theraputic?

When you post a Journal you can set it so that only you can read it, only your friends can read it, or everyone can read it, Don\'t feel corny about it, it can be very theraputic. You can use it to vent your feeling o ask a question and get answers to them. it can be an important tool in you recovey.

I agree with what Rich said. I usually set my journal entries, as well as my pictures and goal entries and updates, so that just my friends can see them. I like having my friends read my journal entries- it helps me stay motivated when I\'m talking about progress I\'m trying to make, and it helps me feel uplifted and less along when I\'m venting. Sue
