Quandary

I cannot believe the proposition that has been put before me.  I have to weigh all of the options and decide on the best course of action.  This is one of the biggest decisions I have ever been faced with.  I do have a few days to explore all of my options.  What will I do?

In June, I was involved in a very big car accident(I call it the mother of all exaserbations), the insurance company is working on settling with me. It was in that hospital stay, that I was diagnosed. I have a lawyer that wants to work with me and he says he can get me more money. I have many avenues that I can take. I have so much to think about and consider.

I DON\'T UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE TRYING TO SAY. YOU GOT IN A WRECK ARE YOU OK. TOTALED THE CAR. DID SOME ONE HIT YOU AND IF SO DOES HE HAVE INSURANCE. DID YOU HAVE INSURANCE. AS LONG AS YOUR HEALTH IS OK AND MAYBE GET MONEY FOR A CAR AND PAY THE HOSPITAL BILLS THATS ALL YOU NEED. THINK ABOUT YOU MS AND GETTING STRONGER AND GETTING ON WITH YOUR LIFE. LOVE YA APRIL

Here is the complete story, there is an old friend of mine who I had not seen in years. He found me one day, last summer, and few days later he had said to me that his car had broken down just outside of town. We were on our way out to fix it, when another driver pulled in front of me when I was going 55 mph(it could have ended my life). I broke two ribs a suffered a traumatic brain injury. One of the Doctors did not like the way I was walking, so he ordered an MRI, they found lesions on my brain and diagnosed me with ms. The passenger that was in my car is an old friend of mine and a good kid, but he is not the brightest bulb on the tree. The insurance company has setteled with him and he has almost spent all of it already. I am still in the negotiation stage. I just talked to a lawyer the other day because I wanted to see if the insurance company wanted to settle the right way, well they are not. It does kind of get very frustrating, but that is one of the stresses of life.
