QUANDRY......
Stay in the moment, what a lovely thought. If my mind weren't a rabbit I may have better luck. Oddly, I had a job offer drop into my lap today - PT, flexible hours, and originally thought it would be a consult job (in/out/over) but then they decided they wanted me to consider 2 days per wk. ADD TO THIS my old neuro who had a video of my jerk-fest episode couldn't/wouldn't send the movie to my 2nd opinion neuro. 2nd neuro now wants a sleep deprivation video EEG. I explained that eplipesy, MS, MD had already been ruled out. 2nd neuro still firm on the request. I am trying to decide what is the BEST medical decision as well as money decision. Part of me thinks money & time wasted that it probably, as everything else, can only be given a name and not fixed, and part of me thinks, what if it is serious? SHEEZ, can we please have a few major life decisions? ROFLOL So, that's my life for today. Did get to go on a picnic with hubby and 3 of my kids & grandson. KFC chicken and the park. Ahhhhhhhhh............. Must take daughter to have MRI on liver tomorrow to decide if a biopsy is needed. And the fun continues......

Why can\'t they go straight to biopsy, is it because they need to pinpoint where the problem may be? Has she had Hep B vaccine? That may be the culprit.
KFC and the park sounds heavenly on a day like today, hope it\'s as nice there as it is here.
Nan
They have seen then had it disappear the mass/cyst/spot on the liver so the MRI was to see if it was still there. The dr who was to do the biopsy did a CT and say \"nothing\" so didn\'t do a biopsy. The liver specialist said the CT was not acceptable for detection that a MRI had to be used. So, we are sticking with the REAL liver dude!
