"PUT THE POLITICIANS ON MINIMUM WAGE AND WATCH HOW FAST THINGS CHANGE!"
the longest day, in a way. took a long bath by accident. put goop on the kittens eyes, but i think its okay now. talked to mike and made appointment for 3 of rn's kittens but need a confirmation on it. washed my hair. washed the car. tied up the light pole with twine, to make it sturdy until it is fixed and realized, its just a piece of wood. its not the same as the wood post we had holding the light before. i just notice this now?! no wonder its leaning. fell asleep by accident for over an hour, and woke up startled because i had to leave for work. need eye goop for rn's kittens. and another one over here had that as well, just red rims and tearing - could be allergies at this time of the year.
talked to tna, who has 3 sisters and none of them picked up the cert that i need for the animals. she also has more on her street that need fixing. she says her younger daughter is sleeping all the time, she discovered, because she is pregnant. omg! she and her boyfriend are living at her house and tna is cool with it because neither of them are working right now and tna rather be a grandparent now at 45, than at 70, "IF she is ever 70." her words. she is 45. hmmmm. 19 and pregnant and first year of college ... if tna didn't work 65 hours per week, she wouldn't need to worry about IF she'll be 70 one day...but i'll stop there. her life has changed so drastically in the passed five years.
headed for the marina. need to feed s's cats. one of those need fixing as well. s is another one, she had an accident in april, and she is still incapacitated. omg! its so weird. every time you turn around, that is what it feels like, here goes another one. that is why i stopped counting a couple of years ago.
frenni got out last night somehow and i saw him on the deck and i didn't know it was him and i'm like. why is this cat on the deck staring at me? and gosh, he looks just like my cat. i actually THOUGHT this. then i say to myself. well, all animals of a certain color and breed look the same an another animal of that same color and breed. and i shrug it off and walk away. lol. wth?! totally amazes me when i'm an idiot like that. also the animals must have been having a great time because they broke my ballerina porcelains, that are porcelain ballerina dolls, 6 inch ones, on stands. i had them TWO shelves UP from the counter! so now i'll be looking to replace those. "lose one get back two," (i hope).

TOO BAD FOR YOUR FRIEND, FEEL SORRY FOR HER, HAVE THEY NEVR HEARD OF CONDOMS**
I\'m sorry you are having such a hard time with your cats. I hope you can find a home for them soon!
CAT CRAZY! Ya poor woman. You do so much to help these wonderful little creatures that I\'ll bet the whole cat kingdom knows about you!!
You\'re a lovely soul!!! Glad you let the cat in!!
one relief is the new people in the house behind w, who were rumored to have a pitbull mix coming in, have a very large orange cat ON A LEASH and one small dog, charlie, that appears to be smaller than the cat (unless its a puppy). so much for rumors. they were putting up some kind of roll up privacy fence, not wood. looks like straw maybe. never saw that before.
Lucy, its the friend\'s daughter. i thought the same thing. so many options nowadays. her sister age 24 has a 3 year old from her short lived marriage while in the military, makes me wonder if she did it on purpose thinking it would be nice for the \"cousins.\" hmmmm, now that never works....lol. not even when its siblings.
darla, the cat didn\'t get in until last night. poor thing. he\'s so friendly, its ridiculous, used to follow me everywhere, then it got fostered out and the woman\'s husband locked it outside EVERY NIGHT for 3 weeks when it was freezing cold out (20\'s) during the winter. that kitten has had respitory troubles ever since and its been MONTHS.
it was waiting on the deck and crying when it got out over here in october. it couldn\'t wait to be indoors again. my plan is to give them all treats tonight. i\'m exhausted today. probably the beginning of a cold, i never quite get colds, but if it gets cold outside, i get sniffly, and grumpy, take robitussin dm and it goes away. i\'m also bored because i\'m still following doctor\'s orders of mostly going straight home. pacing myself and resting.
the new people came over to introduce themselves. they appear to be in their 30\'s and have a cat and a dog named charlie. amazing the landlord is allowing it. she says she has heard a LOT of bad stuff about the landlord. they didn\'t do repairs for the people before them, so that couple broke their lease and left after two months. the man before that, was there for 3 years, but his girlfriend had a cat and the landlord wouldn\'t allow it. they also set traps at his house for animals. i never liked that guy AT ALL. no one did. he got blamed for all the traps in the area, but it wasn\'t just him doing it, his landlord was and so was another neighbor on the corner. so then everyone blamed that guy for starting the trapping thing.
the person before that was lora, she is the one that actually redid the floors and walls in that house. was told by the landlord that if she did all that work, she could bring her pets over there, as they were staying at her sister\'s house. when she finished doing repairs FOR THEM FOR FREE, they told her no. she can\'t have her pets. it was over a year later. they thought she would stay anyway because she had done so much work there. instead, she gave them the finger and moved out. what total assholes they are. now they are trying to sell the apartment building they own, as for two years it only had ONE tenant -- they are full now, because with a two year lease they are suddenly allowing pets - cats only (amazing as before they claimed they would only allow dogs). they must be low on funds, OR discovered you can\'t get a mortgage if the units are empty - so are making sure its full as a sales pitch. i liked it better on our street when the apartment building was empty and there was only the three houses and the one tenant of the building left living here. i miss the \"empty\" in south florida, for five months of every year EVERYTHING used to be empty. it was so great, beautiful and quiet. nowadays, its full year round down there, just like here. need to find somewhere else that empties out half the year, every year. peace and serenity.
