Today I went to the post office and send my cousin her belated birthday present.

Take time out to enjoy the small things in life,a hot cup of coffee, a childs cute lil giggle, maybe a nice big welcome from your dog when you come home,your favorite tv show, a bike ride what ever little things you enjoy.
I was pushing the negative things away and they were bursting out in uncontrollable episodes. Dark moods would overcome me and I would flick into suicidal mode.
