Thank you each and every one of you on DS... good and (well) not so good. I come home inspired and filled with purpose again. Purpose is my best mood stabilizer I'e yet experienced... even love the side effects. I am on track once again and ready to rock. Get ready, here comes the CHUGGERNAUUUUGHT!!

With bipolar you can go from one extreme to the other that fast. Sometimes even faster. It\'s the nature of the beast.
