Pulled muscle

yesterday I had a coughing episode.  I coughed too hard and pulled a muscle in my chest.  It hurts when I take a deep breath or try to use my right arm.  I am a little congested, but other than the pain, I feel ok.  Had a heating pad on it most of yesterday.
To add insult to injury, we have no heat!  Something wrong with the boiler.  It's been that way for a week.  Today someone is coming over to take a look at it and hopefully fix it.  We were getting some heat and we thought it was the thermostat so we replaced it.  No luck.
Ray starts wound care tomorrow.  I hope that will bring him out of his depression.  He's been sleeping for a week.  All I can do is give him space and try not to get depressed myself.
